Directions to Boughton
Boughton play at Mount Ephraim House near the village of Boughton Street in Kent.
Take the M2 south out of London.
If you’re coming from North London check for roadworks in the Blackwall tunnel.
Looks clear for the 2004 game but, if in doubt, have a look at: http://www.tfl.gov.uk/streets/blackwall.shtml
Go to the end of the M2 and turn off to Canterbury.
100yds after the roundabout turn left (sign-posted Boughton).
At the end of this road turn left. The road takes you up a hill and to the right.
At the top of the hill turn left into Bull Lane. This will take you uphill - then down - then up again.
At the top of the hill turn right at the crossroads sign-posted Staple Street.
Pass the Three Horseshoes pub and then pass a gate to Mount Ephraim Gardens on your left. You’ll see a brick wall running along the side of the road to your left.
When the brick wall ends you’ll see a bungalow on your right and a house on your left.
Turn left here through a gate and up the track to the ground.

Anyone who fancies a bracing pre-match dip (or a penitent post-match one) should drive to Whitstable. It’s only 15 mins from the ground. Park in the seafront car park:
Tide tables at: http://www.jaws.org.uk/tidesaug03.htm
There’s a good boozer next to the car park.
